5. Posting content promoting scams, false information, or illegal activities, endorsing illegal weapons, violating privacy, creating computer viruses, or pirating media, or promoting specific political views.

6. Posting profiles, resumes, or job applications on behalf of others.

7. Sharing login credentials with third parties.

8. Accessing unauthorised data or accounts.

9. Posting inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or false biographical information.

10. Posting content with restricted access without authorisation.

11. Soliciting login details from other Users.

12. Deleting or altering material posted by others.

13. Harassing individuals, groups, or companies.

14. Sending unsolicited communications promoting products or services to Users.

15. Attempting to disrupt service through various means, including submitting viruses, overloading, spamming, or crashing.

16. Using our Services for unlawful or illegal purposes, posting defamatory or offensive content, or including links to explicit material.

17. Posting non-genuine profiles or resumes for advertising or promotion purposes.

Additional terms applicable to candidates

If you're a Candidate, these terms apply to you:

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use our websites and apps solely for seeking employment opportunities for yourself. You may view and download a single copy of the Content for personal, non-commercial use.

Upon registration, you'll create an account and provide certain information, including a valid email address.Your Profile must be accurate, complete, up-to-date, and not misleading. You must fill out standard fields and refrain from impersonating others.

You're solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your Profile, resume, or material placed on our platforms.

You're also responsible for any consequences arising from your account creation and usage.We may offer third-party services and products based on your preferences or agreements.

Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on your personal information. We may collect and periodically contact Users, and we may comply with legal requirements or requests from authorities, which may involve disclosing User information.

Your information, including Profile and resumes, may be disclosed to prospective Employers when applying for a role. Employers may access your information via our platform.

You have no ownership rights in your account. If you cancel or it's terminated, your information will be marked as deleted, though delays may occur. Third parties may retain saved copies.

We may delete inactive accounts after a significant duration.

We don't guarantee the continuous availability of advertised jobs and aren't liable if a vacancy is filled before removal. While we strive for accurate job postings, we don't guarantee every job represents a vacancy.


To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and exempt the ViewJobs and its affiliates, as well as their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, actions, or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from:

1. Any User Content or material you submit to our websites.

2. Your utilisation of any Content.

3. Your violation of these Terms.

We will promptly notify you of any such claims, lawsuits, or proceedings.
